Is a reservation deposit required?
No — joining the waitlist is free. If you want priority reservation access, you can optionally place a refundable deposit (minimum $75). Deposits are fully refundable any time before shipment.
Which colors will be available?
Five colors are planned: AIVO Violet, AIVO Aqua, Midnight Navy, Lavender + Teal, and Orchid Purple. Your waitlist color preference helps us plan and is not binding.
Is the stylus included?
The magnetic, pressure-sensitive AIVO stylus is designed to ship with every AIVO Pad. Final box contents will be confirmed before launch.
Is AIVO Pad designed only for home use?
No — it is built for home, classroom, and therapy settings alike, with the same AIVO Learning platform and adult controls across all of them.
Can schools and districts place volume orders?

What software is included?
The AIVO Learning Suite comes built in: Explorer, Navigator, and Scholar, plus the AI Coach — with parent, educator, and administrator controls.
How does the camera privacy shutter work?
A physical shutter slides over the camera lens. When it is closed, the camera is physically blocked — no software setting required.
Can I change my preferred color later?
Yes. Your color preference on the waitlist is just a preference — you can change it any time before ordering.
Which regions will be supported at launch?
Launch regions will be announced with availability. The waitlist asks for your country or region so we can plan rollout — joining is open worldwide.
